Booking and Payment Terms

Service Bookings

When you book a service through our website or other channels, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Pay the agreed-upon fees for services rendered

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made:

  • More than 48 hours before appointment: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before appointment: 50% charge
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: Full charge
  • No-show: Full charge

Your Responsibilities as a Pet Owner

You agree to:

  • Ensure your pet is up-to-date with required vaccinations
  • Disclose any aggressive tendencies or anxiety issues
  • Provide accurate emergency contact information
  • Supply necessary medications with clear administration instructions
  • Pick up your pet at the agreed-upon time
  • Pay any additional fees for late pickups or extended services

Our Rights and Responsibilities

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Your pet poses a safety risk to our staff or other animals
  • Required health documentation is not provided
  • Your pet's condition requires immediate veterinary attention beyond our scope
  • Previous payment issues remain unresolved

Emergency Care

In the event of a medical emergency, we will:

  • Contact you immediately using provided contact information
  • Seek emergency veterinary care if necessary
  • Make reasonable decisions in your pet's best interest if you cannot be reached

You agree to reimburse us for any emergency veterinary expenses incurred on your pet's behalf.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety:

  • We are not liable for injuries resulting from your pet's pre-existing conditions or undisclosed health issues
  • We are not responsible for minor scrapes, scratches, or stress-related reactions common during grooming or social play
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for incidents within our control
